Usual Ferrini quality, location in the center. Unlike the other locations it is less silent because it overlooks Via Etnea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sauber, gut möbliert. Aber der Messer und die Pfanne haben gefehlt. Es gibt die Waschmaschine, aber keinen Trockenständer für die Wäsche. Es gibt auch kein Staubsauger oder ähnliches im Apartment, was kritisch ist wenn mann lange übernachtet ( Reinigung wird auch nicht angeboten)
Very clean, well furnished. But the knife and the pan were missing. There is a washing machine, but no drying rack for the laundry. There is also no vacuum cleaner or the like in the apartment, which is critical if you stay for a long time (cleaning is also not offered)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la seconda volta giudico la struttura scadente. Appartamenti in posizione centrale ma nell'appartamento manca sempre qualcosa. Proprietari molto educati e all'apparenza gentili ma nei fatti quando arrivi ti fanno una radiografia per cercare di capire quanti soldi hai nel portafoglio. E agiscono di conseguenza. Persone con la puzza sotto il naso Catania offre molto di più. Cercate e troverete appartamenti altrettanto accogliente gestiti da personale più alla mano e autentico.
For the second time I judge the structure poor. Centrally located apartments but there is always something missing in the apartment. Owners very polite and seemingly kind but in fact when you arrive they make you an x-ray to try to understand how much money you have in your wallet. And they act accordingly. People with the stench under the nose Catania offers much more. Search and you will find equally welcoming apartments run by more hands on and authentic staff.

Most central/fantastic location,
Owners have exemplary communication,
Very secure
Excellent comfortable beds (I have a bad back!)
They will also clean during your stay
They will spend time with you explaining the amenities of the house, house rules, area and even leave you with a map.
Air conditioning very strong if needed.
