L'architetta del negozio ha progettato per la nostra casa un arredamento che ci ha lasciati contentissimi: moderno, lineare ed efficace nello sfruttare lo spazio. Il persionale che ha montato i mobili è stato molto preciso e gentile. L'assistenza prima e dopo la vendita è stata sempre impeccabile, particolarmente gentile nel venirci incontro sui ritardi del cantiere. Consiglio vivamente una visita a questo negozio! Ad una richiesta di assitenza per un problema su di una cucina comprata qui 4 anni fa, hanno messo su un teatrino su eventuali "colpe" negando ľintervento e mettendo in dubbio le mie affermazioni. Non si tratta di colpe ma di risolvere i problemi pagando il dovuto. Comportamento infantile ed assolutamente non professionale. Il commento più adeguato in merito è: ROBA DA MATTI! ? In risposta: il problema non è affatto relativo ad un elettrodomestico ma ad un pannello metallico montato dai vostri operai. Tale pannellino andava probabilmente posizionato sopra alla lavastoviglie sotto al top ma il punto è, che è stato ERRONEAMENTE montato dai vostri operai dove non andava, ossia sul fianco. Con la continua chiusura ed apertura dell'anta il pannellino si è accartocciato danneggiando ľanta. Ľelettrodomestico funziona benissimo ma non vi siete degnati neppure di venire a vedere il problema accusandoci di avere messo noi il pannellino in un secondo momento. Il perché e il come mi sfuggono . Tengo a precisare che comunque ho richiesto il parere e la consulenza di un tecnico qualificato della Smeg, in merito, il quale ha escluso, contro il suo interesse, che il problema fosse relativo alľelettrodomestico stesso. Un rivenditore serio ad una richiesta di intrevento, peraltro su un problema causato da un suo errore di montaggio, e su di una cucina venduta da lui stesso, risponde NESSUN PROBLEMA RISOLVIAMO!
