Ci hanno accompagnato dai primi progetti fino alla consegna. La professionalità si vede soprattutto nella risoluzione dei problemi e loro hanno dimostrato veramente di saper accontentare ed aiutare il cliente ! Servizio post vendita molto carente e la presunzione che il cliente ha torto e rompe e loro hanno ragione si percepisce ad ogni risposta su anomalie segnalate. Decisamente non tornerò per altri 2 ambienti che andrò a breve a ristrutturare. Risposta al venditore Il mio account è questo . Elleci mi ha inviato nuovo lavandino (perché mi sono sbattuta IO non voi) perché per voi 'non sembra così malridotto' parole scritte da Voi via mail .... e non racconto il resto che è meglio Con questo potrete capire chi sono. La progettazione è stata lunga, ma divertente grazie alla passione che i due ragazzi trasmettono all'interno del negozio. Da profani io e mia moglie ci siamo fidati delle soluzioni proposte e devo dire che la fiducia è stata ripagata in pieno! Tutte le fasi sono state curate: dalla progettazione, alla scelta dei materiali fino alla comunicazione con l'impresa che seguiva i lavori di ristrutturazione per rilievi e organizzazione degli impianti. Nonostante il periodo storico in cui sarebbero potuti essere comprensibili eventuali ritardi, la consegna di tutti i mobili, della cucina, e delle camere sono avvenute addirittura in anticipo! Ultimo ma non meno importante: la squadra di professionisti che ha eseguito il montaggio è stata super veloce e "pulita" Assolutamente consigliato!!! Mentre la montavo ero csì contento e soddisfatto da aver fatto molte foto prima che terminassero. Grazie. Spero continuino sempre così.
