Ogni incontro diviene un'occasione unica e rara di dialogo con se stessi e con la propria, troppo spesso ignorata, interiorità, riscoprendo che "la vita non è aspettare che passi la tempesta ma imparare a ballare sotto la pioggia e che...la tua felicità dipende soltanto da una persona...DA TE" (Mahatma Gandhi).

Non Buona.. Questo centro yoga mi ha salvato la vita nel periodo più buio.
Se soffri di ansia di angoscia se le cure basiche non ti aiutano vai da Sara, con la tranquillità di chi non ha fretta ti cura l'anima.
Sviluppa anche bene le qualità muscolari e ti introduce inconsciamente a uno stile di vita..... Felice

Not Good .. This yoga center saved my life in the darkest period.
If you suffer from anxiety of anguish if basic treatments do not help you go to Sara, with the tranquility of those who are not in a hurry, they will take care of your soul.
It also develops muscular qualities well and unconsciously introduces you to a lifestyle ..... Happy
