Abbiamo chiamato per un gatto investito in vita con ancora qualche speranza e dopo 40 minuti di attesa chi arriva?? Un uomo da solo che senza troppi problemi prende brutalmente il gatto e lo schiaccia in una gabbietta minuscola, la infila nel vano sanitario e se ne va senza alcuna spiegazione!! Se questo povero animale aveva qualche possibilità ora è sicuramente svanita. Capisco che non trattiate essere umani, ma se questa è l’umanità con cui lavorate per favore CAMBIATE LAVORO!! Siete voi animali non quelli che teoricamente “salvate”. WITHOUT WORDS!!! There is no poorer and more disconcerting service than this !! e	elisa paglialunga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi hanno portato mia suocera x un controllo della piaga sacrale al Galliera e dopo aver chiamato che eravamo pronti x tornare a casa li abbiamo attesi 2h e 40! lei ha dovuto aspettare tutto il tempo sulla sedia poggiando su una piaga perché la barella gli serviva e l'avevano portata via. Shamefully they brought my mother-in-law to Galliera for a sacral sore check and after calling that we were ready to go home we waited 2h 40! she had to wait all the time in the chair leaning on a sore because he needed the stretcher and they had taken her away.

Hanno trasportato mia mamma all ospedale San martino, sono riusciti a strapparle un sorriso nonostante la situzione. Grazie mille ragazzi e complimenti Last week my mother fell into the house and banged her head, I called 118 and arrived an ambulance of the yellow cross with two young boys, polite, friendly and professional, I think they were both called Simone. D	Deianira Conte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravissimi, bellissimi, tutto. L’ambulanza è ben attrezzata. Ha le gabbiette interne nella parte di dietro del mezzo. La persona (Stefano) gentilissima. Mi ha aiutato fin dentro l’ascensore con un cane disabile. È stato anche un last-minute accettato senza tante storie nonostante avessero un altro cane per il quale era stata richiesta assistenza. GRAZIE. Lo consiglio. Ovviamente non aspettatevi che siano sempre disponibili last minute. Hanno molto da fare. Meglio prenotare un po’ prima. Very good, beautiful, everything. The ambulance is well equipped. It has internal cages in the rear part of the vehicle. The person (Stefano) very kind. He helped me right into the elevator with a disabled dog. It was also a last-minute accepted without fuss despite having another dog for which assistance had been requested. THANK YOU. I advise. Obviously don't expect them to always be available last minute. They have a lot to do. Better to book a little earlier.
