Se non si capisce questo è la fine. Capisco anche che magari occorre una risorsa dedicata al telefono ma anche questo è lavoro, e poi rispondere tra una persona allo sportello e l'altra sarebbe già un qualcosa.

If you don't understand this is the end. I also understand that maybe you need a resource dedicated to the telephone but this is also work, and then answering between one person at the counter and the other would already be something.
