★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parlando dei servizi di sportello all'utenza, le/gli incaricati, pur essendo professionali ed informati, pronti ad esibire leggi, postille e varianti alle leggi stesse, peccano gravemente di sensibilità, creanza e pazienza nei confronti di categorie più deboli e vulnerabili, gli anziani.
Ritengo che la professionalità, specialmente per chi opera a contatto del pubblico/pazienti, vada di pari passo con educazione, creanza, sensibilità e pazienza.
Quarant' anni nel Corpo Nazionale dei Vigili del fuoco hanno fatto si che mi trovassi ad affrontare piccole ed enormi tragedie, venendo a contatto con situazioni umane paradossali, non è mai venuta a mancare in me la sensibilità la umana pietà, la solidarietà e la gentilezza.
Auspico che certe persone, avvezze a sentirsi Dei in terra solo per un misero e meschino posto di pseudo potere e privilegio, provino e tocchino con mano le cose e le situazioni che hanno attraversato la mia vita lavorativa.

I believe that professionalism, especially for those who work in contact with the public / patients, goes hand in hand with education, creativity, sensitivity and patience.

I hope that certain people, accustomed to feeling Gods on earth only for a miserable and petty place of pseudo power and privilege, will try and touch things and situations that have gone through my working life.

Faccio presente alla signora che c'è scritto Urgente che non si può aspettare 4 mesi risposta? Vada al pagamento se non vuole aspettare... , stiamo scherzando?? Le tasse che li pago a fare? Morale della favola? Dopo una bella litigata mi trovano un POSTO PER IL GIORNO DOPO AL OSPEDALE DI PISTOIA tramite il CUP di Firenze. Quindi mi viene da pensare che lo faccino apposta per farti andare a Pagamento. VERGOGNOSO
URGENT specialist visit guess what! They find me a free place after 4 months in Pescia or San Marcello. Do I tell the lady that it says Urgent that you can't wait 4 months for an answer? Go to the payment if you don't want to wait ..., are you kidding ?? The taxes I pay them to do? Moral of the story? After a good fight they find me a PLACE FOR THE DAY AFTER THE HOSPITAL OF PISTOIA through the CUP of Florence. So it occurs to me that I do it on purpose to get you to Pay. SHAMEFUL
