★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tour di circa 45 minuti molto suggestivo. Le pietre parlano della storia, ma in questo caso la nostra guida è stata eccezionale in descrizioni ed aneddoti fatti di storia e memoria! Le polemiche che ho letto per quanto riguarda il costo del biglietto mi irritano come al solito, per qualsiasi luogo musealizzato sembra sempre troppo pagare! Bene è proprio una discesa nella storia della città e un'immersione (gocciolante) nel passato inoltre è molto piacevole essere accompagnati a farlo da una guida così preparata, capace di parlare a grandi e piccini, sempre con la mascherina! Controllo del green pass, distanza di sicurezza rispettata!
 Very impressive tour of about 45 minutes. The stones speak of history, but in this case our guide was exceptional in descriptions and anecdotes made of history and memory! The controversies I have read regarding the cost of the ticket irritate me as usual, for any museum venue it always seems too much to pay! Well it is a descent into the history of the city and an immersion (dripping) in the past and it is also very pleasant to be accompanied to do so by such a prepared guide, able to speak to young and old, always with a mask! Green pass control, safety distance respected!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent informative tour of the old surgery teaching area and underground tunnels at the old Pistoia hospital. The English tour was really good and our guide was great at providing information and answering questions. The underground part of the tour takes you along the old river and you come back above ground close to the church about 650m from where you start. The cost was reasonable too at €25 for two adults and a child. Highly recommended when visiting Pistoia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very interesting but weren't satisfied about the guide. That person wasn't maybe very clear in the explanation and also didn't wait for all the group to be near to start talking. We missed some parts and at the end we are confused about the story of the underground. It could have been better. Also, there were foreigners with us and the guide couldn't speak English but tried anyway with a few words in English.. It was awkward ?
