★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai al telefono e per prenotare gli esami bisogna andare di persona e poi tornare nuovamente.. insomma 2 viaggi, lunghe attese per fare dei banali esami del sangue.
They never answer the phone and to book the exams you have to go in person and then come back again .. in short, 2 trips, long waits to do some banal blood tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non è normale dover chiamare minimo 15 volte prima di ricevere una risposta, così come non è normale che il primo appuntamento disponibile, per una visita dal medico di base, sia un mese dopo.
It is not normal to have to call at least 15 times before receiving an answer, just as it is not normal for the first available appointment, for a visit to the GP, to be a month later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefono irraggiungibile... Provi a telefonare e squilla senza che nessuno risponda, stacchi la chiamata e subito riprovi ed il telefono diventa occupato per minuti e così via.... Dopo circa 64 tentativi di chiamata e più di 1ora di tempo riesci a parlare con qualcuno. Sono andato dal medico e nell'attesa con il telefono in tasca ho chiamato il numero... Risultato? Telefono occupato ma nessuno lo stava usando. Provare per credere!!! Siamo fortunati che è un numero per prenotare visite e non un numero di emergenza. Sicuramente sarà un lavoro stressante stare tutti i giorni dietro un telefono ad ascoltare anche persone che ti fanno le richieste più assurde, ma non trovi corretto che una persona per fissare un appuntamento con il medico debba recarsi di persona. Mi stupisco come i medici non prendano provvedimenti a riguardo visto che ogni giorno ricevono lamentele. Non parliamo di casi isolati.
Unreachable phone ... You try to call and it rings without anyone answering, you disconnect the call and immediately try again and the phone becomes busy for minutes and so on .... After about 64 call attempts and more than 1 hour of time you can talk with someone. I went to the doctor and while I was waiting with the phone in my pocket I called the number ... Result? Phone busy but no one was using it. Seeing is believing!!! We are lucky that it is a number for booking visits and not an emergency number. Surely it will be a stressful job to be behind a phone every day to listen to people who make the most absurd requests, but you do not find it correct that a person to make an appointment with the doctor has to go in person. I am amazed how doctors do not take action in this regard as they receive complaints every day. We are not talking about isolated cases.
