Nobody answers the toll-free phone, no matter how many times you try to call, bad service. As far as I'm concerned, they'd better close.

IT'S MORE THAN 2 MONTHS THAT I TRY TO BOOK AN EYE EXAMINATION BY DR. CASTELLANI WHO I DO EVERY YEAR FOR FAMILY TO GLAUCOMA AND THEY TELL ME THAT THE BOOKING LIST IS NOT OPEN, WHEN WILL IT REOPEN?

L	Letizia Visca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatta salva la cortesia e la professionalità di alcuni medici in servizio presso reparti come Endoscopia e Radiologia, mi chiedo che fine abbia fatto tutto il personale in servizio presso altri reparti come Diabetologia. Innumerevoli i tentativi telefonici fatti per poter parlare ed avere chiarimenti, numerosi ed infruttuosi i pellegrinaggi verso il Reparto. I medici risultano invisibili..il filtro è rappresentato da infermiere che ripetono sempre le stesse formule. Come è possibile che NESSUNO dia risposte confacenti? Without prejudice to the courtesy and professionalism of some doctors working in departments such as Endoscopy and Radiology, I wonder what happened to all the staff working in other departments such as Diabetology.
