A volte sarebbe meglio tacere, che replicare e dimostrare malafede. Il Covid non c'entra nulla col dire ad un cliente che gli darai notizie e poi sparire nel nulla, senza rispondere ai messaggi di sollecito.

Se cercate serietà e rispetto per i clienti, rivolgetevi altrove. Dopo averci tenuti in sospeso per diversi giorni circa la possibilità di visitare un immobile, adesso non si degnano più nemmeno di rispondere ai messaggi. Vergognatevi.

Sometimes it would be better to keep quiet than to reply and demonstrate bad faith. Covid has nothing to do with telling a customer that you will give him news and then disappear into thin air, without replying to the reminder messages.
