★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe pure una bell'agenzia immobiliare se non fosse che nell'arco di 20 giorni ho chiesto di vedere 4 case e puntualmente nessuna delle quattro accettasse animali. Che casualità. Senza contare che la risposta poco professionale che si riceve sempre è "eh il proprietario ha avuto una cattiva esperienza". Nel 2021. A Pistoia. 4 case su 4 della loro agenzia non accettano animali. E soprattutto non si nota nemmeno un minimo sforzo da parte di chi ci lavora per fare qualcosa. Mi affido nella ricerca da ANNI a questa agenzia, conosce benissimo me e anche suddetto animale. Mai mezza parola con un proprietario per - quantomeno - trovare un punto di incontro.
Bella sí, se si riuscisse a vedere almeno una delle case che hanno.

Not to mention that the unprofessional response you always get is "eh the owner had a bad experience". In 2021. In Pistoia. 4 out of 4 houses in their agency do not accept pets. And above all, there is not even a minimum effort on the part of those who work there to do something. I have been relying on this agency in research for YEARS, it knows very well me and also the aforementioned animal. Never half a word with an owner to - at least - find a meeting point.
Beautiful yes, if you could see at least one of the houses they have.

mi sono affidato a loro il 5 novembre, dopo 1 anno e 4 mesi che ho provato a vendere con altre agenzie, ed hanno saputo in UN MESE esaudire il sogno che avevo non solo di vendere e cambiare casa, ma sono riusciti a trovarmi la soluzione che cercavo nel centro storico dove ho finalmente la tanto desiderata terrazza abitabile che stavo cercando.
Ringrazio Valentina e Rebecca che con il loro sorriso mi hanno accolto fin dal primo momento in agenzia. Valentina è stata il mio supporto dal primo momento che ho chiamato per chiedere informazioni su un' abitazione in vendita a cui ero interessata per la mia attività turistica. Fantastica ragazza che oltre ad essere molto qualificata nel lavoro che svolge, è una persona con cui instaurare un rapporto confidenziale è stato facilissimo e per me è una delle cose più importanti.
Marco, il titolare, ha mediato con molta professionalità, arrivando in breve tempo ad un accordo per entrambe le parti.
E siccome a loro piace coccolare i propri clienti.... il giorno dell'atto hanno ben pensato di omaggiarci con un bel pensiero che è stato super gradito....

Fantastic girl who in addition to being very qualified in the work she does, is a person with whom establishing a confidential relationship was very easy and for me it is one of the most important things.
Marco, the owner, mediated with great professionalism, quickly reaching an agreement for both parties.
