All'appuntamento non si presenta nessuno. Dopo 20 minuti di ritardo chiamo la sede, nessuna risposta. Chiamo il cellulare, nessuna risposta. Allora vado alla sede, chiusa la sede. Mi richiamano dopo 2 ore dall'orario di appuntamento perché avevano visto una chiamata (non perchè si erano accorti che non avevano rispettato un appuntamento).
Mi hanno detto che loro di solito confermano l'appuntamento il giorno prima (come se lo avessi dovuto sapere).
Nonostante le scuse, e nonostante il "sono cose che possono capitare" (anche se direi che capitano spesso guardando le altre recensioni), io ho comunque perso un pomeriggio di lavoro.
Scheduled an appointment for the week after to see an apartment for sale.
Nobody shows up at the appointment. After 20 minutes late I call the office, no answer. I call the cell phone, no answer. Then I go to the venue, closed the venue. They call me back 2 hours after the appointment time because they saw a call (not because they realized they hadn't respected an appointment).
They told me they usually confirm the appointment the day before (like I should have known).
Despite the apologies, and despite the "things that can happen" (although I would say they often happen by looking at the other reviews), I still lost an afternoon of work.
