G	Giuseppe Granata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale poco serio dopo aver passato una giornata ho prenotato per il giorno dopo e riferito se potevo portare un cane di piccola taglia (come avevo fatto ogni anno )mi dissero che potevo portare il mio cane . il giorno seguente mi sono recato al personale all'ingresso ho chiesto che avevo prenotato mi dicono ,no oggi non andiamo con le prenotazioni e poi mi dicono che non potevo portare il mio cane perché non poteva entrare e così me ne sono potuto andare via senza entrare not serious staff after spending a day I booked for the next day and reported if I could bring a small dog (as I had done every year) they told me I could bring my dog. the following day i went to the staff at the entrance i asked that i had booked they tell me, no today we don't go with reservations and then they tell me i couldn't bring my dog because he couldn't enter and so i could leave without to come in

Personale giovane dinamico molto attento disponibile e cortese verso gli utenti x rendere ancora più confortevole il soggiorno. G	Giuseppe Mazzei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serata, da dimenticare, nonostante avessimo prenotato alcuni tavoli per un gruppo di 16 persone, per nostra sorpresa (e dopo aver pagato pure il biglietto da 20€ per la cena) la prenotazione non risultava a nessuno degli addetti ai lavori, il "Direttore di sala che era soltanto un ragazzo con poca esperienza non sapeva che pesci pigliare, facevano un continuo scaricabarile, nonostante che la ragazza che ci aveva staccato i biglietti avesse confermato che la prenotazione era stata presa, poi è intervenuto l'ennesimo ragazzo che si è definito il responsabile, e con fare permaloso e carico di superbia,ci ha inviato ad andarcene perché non sapevano come sistemarci. Alla fine c'è ne siamo dovuti andare. Mancano serietà e professionalità. Finché ci sarà questa mentalità,non ci accostate proprio. M	Maria Suppa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena tornata da questo posto, per partecipare ad un ricevimento per una comunione e, siamo dovuti tornare a casa perché non avevano posto per le macchine, cose da non credere, tutto questo in tempo di covid!!! Ci hanno detto di parcheggiare altrove, ma dove??? Sulla circumvalazione??? E scendere a piedi?? Ma state bene??? E poi con il rischio di non trovare neanche più la macchina!! ???Ma stiamo scherzando!! Ci avete fatto una pessima figura!! Just got back from this place, to attend a reception for a communion and, we had to go home because they didn't have room for cars, things not to believe, all this in covid time !!! They told us to park elsewhere, but where ??? On the circumvalation ??? And get off on foot? Are you okay ??? And then with the risk of not even finding the car anymore !! ???But we're kidding !! You made a bad impression on us !!

Siamo arrivati alle 9.30 e sembrava tutto tranquillo, non si può entrare con cibo e bevande perché è vietato a causa di possibili controlli nas!!!!( ovviamente a loro dire). Ore 11.00 piscina piena, ombrelloni senza distanziamento, lettini attaccati uno all'altro, gente che passeggia sotto il tuo ombrellone e tra i lettini senza mascherina, personale che ti accompagna senza mascherina x non parlare della piscina... tutti senza cuffie e piena di capelli... praticamente un lavabo del parrucchiere ? ... chiedo di spostarmi in un posto più appartato dove non vi sono altri ombrelloni e mi viene negato. Ore 11.30... ciao ciao Atlantis... a mai più e non solo in tempo di covid ma x sempre. Morale: tanta apparente e ostentata rigidità ma solo x interessi propri !!!!! Bad structure. F	Francesca Aversano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale sgarbato, ( titolari a parte ) si mangia malissimo, i camerieri non lasciano il cibo agli invitati se non sono seduti a tavola , molti invitati non hanno ricevuto il secondo altri la torta nonostante ripetute richieste , ho pagato un menu compreso di amaro, caffè, limoncello , ecc… alla richiesta del caffè o del limoncello da parte degli invitati hanno detto che non era possibile … di cattivo gusto anche chiedere di pagare anticipatamente. Sono rimasta molto scontenta . Rude staff, (owners apart) you eat very badly, the waiters do not leave the food to the guests if they are not seated at the table, many guests did not receive the second one, others the cake despite repeated requests, I paid for a menu including amaro, coffee , limoncello, etc ... when the guests asked for coffee or limoncello, they said that it was not possible ... even asking to pay in advance was in bad taste.
