Mancata serietà e professionalità alla richiesta di prenotazione di lettini a bordo piscina, tra reception e personale interno, informazioni a riguardo completamente diverse! Bagnini poco attenti e superficiali! Piscina riluttante che accoglie insetti che nuotano insieme ai bagnanti! Esperienza da dimenticare! Peccato, che bisogna imbattersi ancora, con chi non sa gestire tali strutture! I sadly realize that to ascertain in person, is strongly in contrast with the many reviews of dubious experience! Lack of seriousness and professionalism in the request for reserving sun loungers by the pool, between reception and internal staff, completely different information about it! Sporcizia, disorganizzazione e maleducazione regnano sovrani. ho prenotato il martedì per la domenica 2 ombrelloni con lettini, tramite messaggi. arrivati alle 10.00 nella struttura mi dicono ke ci sono solo i lettini, gli ombrelloni terminati, dico della prenotazione e mi rispondono che è impossibile poiché gli ombrelloni non si prenotano, avendo parlato tramite Facebook mostro i messaggi in cui mi assicurano l'ombrellone e si giustificano con un "purtroppo kill è strunz"... vabbe chiedo di avere almeno un ombrellone poiché con me c'era mia madre invalida che non può esporsi per troppo tempo al sole. magicamente compare l'ombrellone, piazzato in mezzo agli altri 850 lettini attaccati tra loro senza il minimo distanziamento. bagno sporco e discarico guasto. piscina sporca e acqua torbida quasi bianca... insomma praticamente da evitare!!!! mai più!!!!!! worst place in my life. Dirt, disorganization and rudeness reign supreme. I booked on Tuesday for Sunday 2 umbrellas with sunbeds, via messages. arrived at 10.00 in the structure they tell me there are only sunbeds, the umbrellas finished, I say about the reservation and they answer me that it is impossible because the umbrellas are not booked, having spoken through Facebook I show the messages in which they assure me the umbrella and yes justify with a "unfortunately kill is strunz" ... anyway I ask to have at least one umbrella since my mother was disabled with me who cannot expose herself to the sun for too long. magically the umbrella appears, placed in the middle of the other 850 sunbeds attached to each other without the slightest spacing. dirty bathroom and bad drain. dirty pool and almost white cloudy water ... basically to be avoided !!!! never again!!!!!!

C'è anche un solarium, ampio parcheggio esterno. Good value for money, 8 euros for entry including first course and coffee. The umbrella is not included. There is also a solarium, ample outdoor parking.

Per le serate di balli caraibici si riempie di tanta bella gente Very attentive to the AntiCovid provisions. The disco is very nice and organized. For the evenings of Caribbean dances it is filled with so many beautiful people

La piscina è abbastanza grande, si divide in zona piccoli e zona adulti. Hanno a disposizione un piccolo bar con bibite fresche e gelati. Il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile, il bagnino fa in modo che le regole vengano rispettate e vigila costantemente l'intera piscina. La piscina è tenuta davvero bene, è tutto super pulito, dalla piscina stessa ai bagni. La consiglio, mi sono trovata davvero super bene!! I came to Queen Village Events with my family to spend a weekend. The pool is quite large and is divided into a small area and an adult area. They have a small bar available with cold drinks and ice cream. The staff is really nice and helpful, the lifeguard makes sure that the rules are respected and constantly watches the entire pool. The pool is really well kept, everything is super clean, from the pool itself to the bathrooms. I recommend it, I found myself really super good !!
