R	Roberto Lupò on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado in negozio con le idee chiare su cosa acquistare e chiedo all'addetto al reparto TV sulla documentazione necessaria per il bonus TV; dopo svariati tentativi, mi risponde e mi manda dal collega che a sua volta mi dice che del bonus TV se ne occupa lui... Torno indietro e finalmente mi consegna la documentazione. Dopo aver compilato il tutto, ritorno da lui che mi fa attendere ancora... Il tempo di finire il suo controllo e verifica dei prodotti (evidentemente più urgenti di un cliente che deve comprare un prodotto e basta). Arrivato in magazzino e con solo un altro cliente prima di me, oltre 30 minuti di attesa prima che i magazzinieri si decidessero di prendere le ordinazioni di tutti gli altri clienti che nel frattempo si sono accumulati all'esterno dello stesso (in quanto il prodotto del primo cliente non è stato neanche trovato)... Dopo questa esperienza darò la precedenza ad altri negozi simili, lasciando questo posto come ultima spiaggia. Il negozio in sé non è male, ma personale ed organizzazione decisamente da rivedere. The time to finish his control and verification of the products (obviously more urgent than a customer who has to buy a product and that's it). Arrived in the warehouse and with only one other customer before me, over 30 minutes of waiting before the warehouse workers decided to take the orders of all the other customers who in the meantime have accumulated outside the same (as the product of first customer was not even found) ... After this experience I will give priority to other similar shops, leaving this place as a last resort. The shop itself is not bad, but staff and organization definitely need to be reviewed.

Ho comprato un TV OLED a un prezzo molto conveniente. Di sicuro ci ritornerò per altri acquisti di elettrodomestici e prodotti di elettronica. A large shop stocked with everything you are looking for, excellent prices, very knowledgeable and kind staff. I bought an OLED TV at a very affordable price. For sure I'll be back for more home appliance and electronics purchases.

Ho ordinato una lavatrice doveva arrivare martedì, non vedendo arrivare nessuno chiamo ed hanno detto che in giornata la portavano ovviamente ho dovuto prendere mezza giornata di lavoro e non si è visto nessuno. Tutto rimandato a venerdì… ovviamente chiedo e puntualizzo che lavoro e ovviamente ho bisogno di sapere se è sicuro che venerdì portano la lavatrice… venerdì non spunta nessuno!!!! E continuò a stare senza lavatrice e a prendere mezze giornate di lavoro!! Assolutamente SCONSIGLIATO!!!! BAD EXPERIENCE !!!! I ordered a washing machine that was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, not seeing anyone arrive I call and they said that during the day they brought it obviously I had to take half a day of work and no one was seen. Everything postponed to Friday ... obviously I ask and point out that I work and of course I need to know if it is sure that they will bring the washing machine on Friday ... Friday no one comes up !!!! And he continued to go without a washing machine and to take half days of work !! Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!

Vale per tutti, sia per gli addetti ai reparti che alle casse. Inoltre si nota collaborazione e armonico equilibrio nel rapporto tra i lavoratori.
