★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse il più bel reparto di prodotti per il Natale visto da tempo...sembra un mercatino dell'Alto Adige o un negozio di lusso londinese ed insieme trovate tutto il necessario per hotel, ristorante, bar, pasticceria e certamente la casa! Da non perdere!

Purtroppo lo scontrino presentava diverse inesattezze e al momento della restituzione del denaro nessuno si è preoccupato di scusarsi per l'errore e il disagio procuratomi, dovendo percorrere 60 km.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella, la gestione del online shop si merita invece uno zero spaccato. Ho fatto due ordini 3 giorni fa, uno in un online shop del nord e l'altro da Merola a due passi da casa. Entrambi pagati con paypal. Il pacco del nord è arrivato, Merola non risponde ne al telefono ne alla mail. Mai più Merola.
I put a star, the management of the online shop deserves a split zero. I made two orders 3 days ago, one in an online shop in the north and the other from Merola a stone's throw from home. Both paid with paypal. The package from the north has arrived, Merola does not answer the phone or email. Never again Merola.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel posto, in certi settori però non molto assortito, sarebbe bello essere accolti in maniera diversa...
....e, a gentile richiesta, gentile risposta e precisazione : cercavo un frigorifero sotto banco, ne ho trovati solo 2 enormi a colonna che non avevano niente a che vedere...chiamato Bormioli, mi ha indicato loro come i più forniti rivenditori in zona, c'era poco e niente davvero e l'addetta mi ha risposto che "probabilmente assortimento in primavera !" ...infine (non sono rimasto poi così a lungo per poter esprimere punti di vista su altro)...spiegherei MEGLIO alla Signora all'ingresso qualche "nozioncina" sul greeting customers, perché:" se c'è qualcosa lo trova dietro l'angolo" non è né gentile né professionale, alzarsi di scatto, venirti incontro con un sorriso a 32 denti aurandoti ogni bene, salutando e chiedendo cosa posso fare per voi ? La accompagno...credo ci sia...oppure...sono finiti mi spiace ma glielo ordino immediatamente se vuole...mi spiace non stia trovando quello che cerca...POSSO CONTINUARE PER ORE ad elencare ciò che, pur potendo, non è riuscita a dire. Grazie a lei per aver chiesto, apprezzo e moltissimo chi si prende cura personalmente della sua azienda.
