★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude customer service from the sales staff. I've been to this location a few times looking for specific but common items. Each time i had to force the staff to TRY to help me. Maybe because they didn't want to assist an English speaking person (i dont know). I could communicate enough to explain what i was looking for but i felt the staff didn't care enough because i didnt speak fluent Italian. Made me feel unwelcome. The euronics by Centro sicilia had better customer service. Either way, if you buy something from this company and want to return it, you will be given store credit. Period. Mediaworld is better.

Have learned by experience in Sicily, if one shops doesn't have what you need, drive to the shops other locations. They do not always have the same items available.
