★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inutile parlare della bontà delle macchine ma è il caso di soffermarsi sulla gentilezza di alcuni collaboratori in accettazione macchine per il controllo. Sembra che facciano un favore quando gli porti il mezzo e le risposte dovrebbero essere adeguate all'azienda che rappresentano.
It is useless to talk about the goodness of the machines but it is appropriate to dwell on the kindness of some collaborators in accepting machines for control. They seem to be doing a favor when you bring them the vehicle and the answers should be appropriate to the company they represent.

Negli ultimi tempi (forse da quando hanno preso altri 2 marchi Seat e Cupra l’officina fa acqua da tutte le parti nom rispondono mai al telefono praticamente impossibile parlare con loro tempi di attesa per sostituzione pasticche e riparazione di uno specchietto di oltre 2 gg lasciato in 13 più volte telefonicamente non ricontatto come a loro detta ,nonostante si facciano pagare profumatamente ,non porterò mai più la mia verttura da loro attrezzatevi prima di fare la guerra senza soldati! Vergognoso

In recent times (perhaps since they took over 2 other Seat and Cupra brands, the workshop is leaking from all sides, they never answer the phone practically impossible to talk to them waiting times for replacement of pads and repair of a mirror of more than 2 days left in 13 several times by phone I do not contact again as they said, despite being paid handsomely, I will never bring my verttura to them again equip yourself before going to war without soldiers!

The owners of this company have worked hard to build this solid reality for a lifetime. Unfortunately, many employees are rude and careless, they have no respect for the customer. Pity. The dealership deserves a lot and is wonderful.

Ho contattato Volkswagen Italia (dopo aver consultato i concessionari della mia zona) ma non sono stati minimamente in grado di aiutarmi. Ho poi parlato con COMER SUD, in particolare con la signorina Gessica, che è stata gentilissima e soprattutto efficiente: nel giro di un'ora mi ha ricontattato fornendomi tutte le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno, un servizio ineccepibile che la casa madre non è stata in grado di fornirmi. Complimenti!
I am looking for a Volkswagen that has just come out of production. I contacted Volkswagen Italia (after consulting the dealers in my area) but they were unable to help me in the slightest.
