Mi rispondono con fare arrogante e presuntuoso di non voler controllare la macchina perché rimappata e defappata(che non c'entra assolutamente niente con il problema,che è una cosa che succede a tutte le giulia dopo un tot)e che quindi tutti i parametri erano sballati, io provo a spiegargli pacatamente che so già il problema e che ho già fatto la diagnosi ma loro non vogliono sentire ragioni e mi mandano via...bel servizio. Ero presente quel giorno presso l'officina oscarauto ed ho assistito alla vicenda che riassumerò. Il sopraindicato porta la vettura per un diagnosi,gli operai gli comunicano che la vettura è manomessa con un'elaborazione della centralina motore e con l' eliminazione del filtro del particolato e quindi non conforme, per risolvere la problematica gli fanno il preventivo. Il cliente con parole molto violente e offensive intima la riconsegna della vettura senza voler pagare per la diagnosi effettuata. This review is addressed to Mr. ballarino.
