Il 25 aprile viene caricata sul sito ufficiale e su AutoScout24 una CLA 200d dopo pochi minuti invio una mail di richiesta informazioni. Il 26 mattina ore 9:00 chiamo la concessionaria, chiedo se la macchina era ancora disponibile e prendo un appuntamento con il venditore alle 17.45.
Ore 17:00 Prendo un permesso, esco prima da lavoro, parto da Lentini (SR) e mi avvio al mio appuntamento, quasi arrivato, ore 17.30, mi chiamano dalla ComerSud “15 minuti prima” e mi informano che la macchina è stata impegnata!!!!!
Mi spiace ma questo non è un comportamento che si addice ad una concessionaria ufficiale MERCEDES! Il rispetto del cliente e della parola data, con tanto di appuntamento, sono dei valori che non appartengono a questa concessionaria.
One word SHAME! Little seriousness and a lot of incorrectness. On April 25 a CLA 200d is uploaded on the official website and on AutoScout24. After a few minutes, an email requesting information is sent. On the 26th morning at 9:00 am I call the dealership, ask if the car was still available and make an appointment with the seller at 5.45 pm.
17:00 I take a permit, I leave work early, I leave Lentini (SR) and I start my appointment, almost arrived, at 17.30, they call me from ComerSud "15 minutes before" and inform me that the car has been busy !!!!!
I'm sorry but this is not behavior that befits an official MERCEDES dealership! Respect for the customer and for the given word, complete with an appointment, are values that do not belong to this dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I was met with impatience and a urge to what seemed to me get off of work, attempted to ask about a GLC 220 d, which was met with the lady showing me another car because she couldn’t find the key. Maybe a lack of personnel but everyone seemed like they didn’t want to talk nor give any time to someone really wanting to purchase a car from this dealership. I will try my luck at another dealership.
