 Excellent experience, the staff is really nice, I went to buy and enable a sim card and Mr. Marco was available and kind to give me the necessary explanations and support. It's nice to feel different from a number every now and then. Thank you!

Sono andati "a colpo sicuro" fornendomi un prodotto con il cavo incompatibile con il mio telefono (nonostante l'avessero visto con i loro occhi. Tra l'altro, meglio sorvolare su questo). Dopo qualche ora me ne accorgo e li ricontatto. Attaccandosi alla scusa che non avessi più lo scontrino, poichè l'avevo buttato, si sono rifiutati di sostituirmi la merce, malgrado l'errore palesemente causato da loro. Al di là del denaro buttato, che dire, un comportamento molto scorretto, anche poco astuto per un piccolo commerciante, che dovrebbe invece fare di tutto per fidelizzare il cliente, lavorando con maggiore attenzione e flessibilità. Pessimi davvero. Mai più piede in questo negozio.
I bought a charger for the phone, showing them the model. They went "without fail" by providing me with a product with the cable that was incompatible with my phone (despite having seen it with their own eyes. By the way, better to overlook this). After a few hours I notice and contact them again. Clinging to the excuse that I no longer had the receipt, as I had thrown it away, they refused to replace the goods, despite the error clearly caused by them. Beyond the money thrown away, what to say, a very incorrect behavior, even not very cunning for a small merchant, who should instead do everything to build customer loyalty, working with greater attention and flexibility. Really bad. No more foot in this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personal rude and unprofessional. The worst experience ever. Also prices are ridiculously high to compare to other stores. I bought a memory card and wanted to return it next day because I bought the wrong one and the price was too high , but they refused it and also were screaming at me like i’m a criminal. People it’s 21 st century you can return stuff everywhere without any problems.. Also their website says that you can make a return but they told me that this policy is only for the website. Ridiculous!
