Attraverso l'uso della "legalità" affonda nella condotta tipica neoliberista che mira a non esporsi, a macchinare alle spalle le situazioni in modo non trasparente, per di fatto trarne vantaggio a scapito delle persone oneste. É una vergogna. E nonostante le spese condominiali da loro gestite siano altissime, gli edifici fanno pena, e i preventivi di lavori doppi rispetto alle normali quotazioni di mercato. Chissà perché.
