Mi sono trovata bene fin dall'inizio, ha dovuto risolvere problemi pregressi non semplici, ha seguito l'intera riqualificazione del palazzo e tutte le relative spese, ha sempre dato la piena disponibilità presentandosi sul posto anche durante l'esecuzione dei lavori. Cerca sempre il confronto costruttivo con tutti i condomini e soprattutto cerca di venire in contro alle esigenze di tutti, nel limite delle possibilità. Si avvale di collaboratori sempre disponibili e gentili dai quali ho sempre ricevuto risposte in tempi brevissimi. Ho sempre trovato professionalità e umanità e per me é il massimo. Il portale per le segnalazioni dei guasti è la ciliegina sulla torta. Inoltre da quando siamo amministrati dallo Studio Rosa abbiamo abbassato le spese del 15% rispetto alla precedente gestione.
