★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rental Milan’s listings and website are very clear, with many photos and virtual tours which is great when you can’t visit in advance if you’re coming from another country.
Their prices are all-inclusive, and they charge a service fee - it is worth the extra money, as you don’t have to deal with the hassle of Italian electricity/gas/water/wifi bills (which can prove especially complicated when you don’t have an italian bank account).
I have stayed in two different apartments during this time, both were very well furnished and all appliances worked perfectly. If there ever was an issue, a quick call with Siim or Ottavia was sufficient for them to make sure the problem was resolved within the next few days at most.
I fully recommend Rental Milan’s services! You will not be disappointed by Siim and Ottavia!

There were many listings to choose from, and all of them were in great locations around the city. The accommodation I chose was both in great location and was also prepared for my arrival with all the necessary items I would need to live there. The booking process was incredibly easy and instructions were all very clear. The all inclusive price is one of the best features, as it removes the need to pay separate utility bills.
Ottavia and Siim have been available to help me in any way possible during the duration of my stay, making me feel right at home since my arrival.
You will rest easy knowing you made the right choice with Rental Milan!

The apartment was exactly how it appeared in photos and was very clean and well equipped. Siim was very helpful if we had any issues or questions. I would recommend Rental Milan to other college students studying abroad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I had 0 information about housings in Milan, I found this agency thru online. Once i reached them out, the contract went so smoothly and quickly. I do not need to worry about contacting owner and having language issues since the agency intermediates between the rent owner and the rentee. Anytime I have issues with my house or living problems in general, Ottavia and Sim will always help me out! I am thinking of using Rental Milan for rest of my college years :)

We have rent the apartment for 10 months and there wasn't any single problem! The company is amazing and they provide all the necessities and any help you need during your stay!
strongly recommend to use their services.
We had different experience of using Milan renting companies and not all of them were good and honest... Sometime the price wasn't correct and you have been forced to pay extra bills, or the apartment weren't fully equipped with all you need (including pots and pants or bed lining). My friends had an experience to move into the apartment when they have promised furniture and kitchen to be delivered a week later but it happened 6 months later. So.. don't trust big Milan renting companies much...
However we found this amazing place and it was such a release to have a young nice couple running a businesses and they have helped us to move to the apartment and were so nice through all the stay!
I even had a nice birthday present of nice Italian perfume which has become the favorite one for me)
If you are looking for good service, human relationship, calm stay - definitely call them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been renting a place for our son who is studying at Bocconi for the last six months and we’ll be more than happy to rent for longer. The apartment is beautifully presented and very true to the online postings. The all-inclusive package is a winner because it takes so much extra work and troublesome bills away. But the biggest payoff of renting through Rental Milan is the support of Ottavia. It’s like having a member of the family to call on (better in most cases). His internet got glitchy, she brought him a pocket router and fixed the Wi-Fi in a day; he was having trouble with his health card, she drove him round several offices; his covid pass wouldn’t work, she fixed that too. Ottavia truly cares about her guests and wants them to feel comfortable both in the apartment and in Milan. Milan is a great city to live in and to study in, but no long term stay will ever be hassle-free. However, with Rental Milan and Ottavia covering your back, it will certainly be a lot easier.
