★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo oltre 20 anni che sono assicurato con loro..mi ritrovo che al primo problema vengo rimbalzato tra mille telefonate fatte da me senza nessun esito.il 19/1/2017subisco il furto del mio veicolo.nuovo di appena ena 40 giorni.dopo 30 giorni consegno tutta la docunrntazione richiestomi..rusultato?ieri siamo entrati nella quinta settimana e non sono ancora stato liquidato..ogni giorno salta una scusa nuova..sono veramente deluso..ora mi ritrovo a segnalarlo a chi di dovere che farà accertamenti.
After more than 20 years that I am insured with them..I find that at the first problem I am bounced between a thousand phone calls made by me without any result. On 19/01/2017 I suffer the theft of my vehicle.new just in 40 days. days I deliver all the required documentation .. result? yesterday we entered the fifth week and I have not yet been liquidated .. every day I miss a new excuse .. I am really disappointed .. now I find myself reporting it to those in charge who will investigate.

Ci spiace per l'accaduto, ma da parte nostra abbiamo sempre fatto tutto il possibile per arrivare ad una bonaria definizione del sinistro. Abbiamo sempre risposto alle Sue richieste ( pur non essendo la persona direttamente interessata).
Mi sembra comunque che nonostante un valore assicurato inferiore al valore del veicolo , l'interessata sia stata interamente soddisfatta dalla Spettabile Mandante che rappresentiamo.

It seems to me, however, that despite an insured value lower than the value of the vehicle, the interested party has been entirely satisfied by the Dear Principal that we represent.
