Grazie e loro io ho perso tempo e denaro, e la Vodafone ha perso un cliente per sempre...
Incompetent, rude, unprofessional.

L’ultima volta mi hanno messo fretta perché non volevano che togliessi i consensi privacy. Alla fine me ne sono andato senza sim dopo aver perso 40 minuti...
I turned to them for an easy connect sim. The activation procedure was wrong 3 times and they asked me all for data and documents every time. Last time they hurried me because they didn't want me to take away the privacy consents. I finally left without sim after wasting 40 minutes ...

I got my wifi with them. They called me to install it one day from 16:30 to 18:30 and nobody came. I went to the store and they told me they couldn’t help me andI had to call 190.
Imposible to talk with the 190 number.
I came another day to the store to get a sim card and to ask again about the wifi. They gave me the sim card but they made a mistake with the activation and didn’t work.
For the 5th time I went to the store and finally activated the sim card (it was supposed to be unlimited GB and calls). 1 day and I got a message from then saying that my GB are finished.
About the wifi that time they helped me saying that they were going to send another request. One week and still waiting.
Please don’t go to this store, even try another company. Thank you
