Più di un’ora d’attesa per una consulenza con la banca vuota, i dipendenti erano troppo impegnati a parlare delle loro foto profilo Facebook! Dopo un’ora di attesa come al solito, non è stata neanche capace di annullarmi tre assegni cercando ogni scusa ( per annullare un assegno che ho emesso per errore ha detto che deve parlare con il direttore perché non vuole assumere responsabilità ), sono senza parole! Comprendo l orario improvviso senza aver preso appuntamento ma ero impossibilitata a far diversamente... Potevo attendere altro personale e altro orario fino a chiusura filiale..... Capisco che ora le banche non hanno bisogno di correntisti... ma dovevo depositare 200 ml euro....previo investimento. All’appuntamento successivo ho trovato disponibilità e gentilezza che in altre banche o filiali del credito defficilmente ho ricevuto, che di questi tempi è cosa rara!!!! Decisa la soluzione migliore sia conto corrente che titoli, ho avuto modo di conoscere il direttore/ consulente che si è reso disponibile per consigli sulla gestione del mio patrimonio.
