L'insolenza e la presupponenza gratuita della persona presente in filiale oggi 23 giugno 2020 ore 10,30 / 11,00 che ha rimbalzato maleducatamente mia moglie solo perché chiedeva se potesse versare un assegno sul suo conto fineco aperto on line la sera precedente peraltro intimandole, manco fosse un rapinatrice o un appestata, di non permettersi di entrare nel negozio.
Esperienza orribile per mia moglie a cui avevo consigliato Fineco ; inqualificabile, grave torto agli sforzi di chi lavora con impegno come il personale fineco che mi hanno aiutato ad aprire il conto la sera prima.
Mi auguro che questa persona venga "rieducata" o messa in altro settore dove non possa fare danni né a fineco né alla pazienza dei , credo e spero, importanti clienti .
