★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa comunicazione con il cliente, a seguito di diverse mail (senza risposta) e solo dopo una telefonata scopro che quanto ordinato "potrebbe" arrivare con due settimane di ritardo. Basterebbe avvisare o almeno rispondere a richiesta. Da migliorare il customer care. La selezione di marchi è buona ma forse ci si può rivolgere direttamente agli stessi produttori o altri re-seller che dichiarano tempi inferiori di consegna (finnishdesign e simili).
Poor communication with the customer, following several emails (with no reply) and only after a phone call I discover that what was ordered "could" arrive two weeks late. It would be enough to notify or at least respond to request. Customer care needs to be improved. The selection of brands is good but perhaps you can go directly to the same producers or other re-sellers who declare shorter delivery times (finnishdesign and the like).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have liked to buy something, but unfortunately the sellers were more occupied with them themselves. Apparently, it was because of our casual demeanor. Very nice design articles - but as I said, we were neither addressed, nor welcomed nor said goodbye. A great pity! We would have liked to buy a table. So we had to buy it somewhere else.
