★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 19 chiamate in 3 giorni, e all'oggi ancora nessuna risposta. La linea che continua a cadere mentre parli senti sotto i tasti dell'inoltro chiamata che ti interrompe ogni 1 minuto e mezzo. Si passano la chiamata uno con l'altro e non sanno nemmeno di cosa stai parlando (operazioni di finanza strutturata) pur parlando di servizi presenti sulla home del loro stesso sito. Se questo è il livello di presentazione non mi immagino nemmeno come siano preparati poi i banchieri che devono capire i progetti e le parti tecniche, veramente la vergogna delle banche italiane.
 19 calls in 3 days, and still no answer today. The line that continues to drop while you speak can be heard under the call forwarding buttons which cuts you off every 1 and a half minutes. They pass the call with each other and don't even know what you are talking about (structured finance transactions) while talking about services on the home page of their own site. If this is the level of presentation, I don't even imagine how bankers are prepared who must understand the projects and the technical parts, truly the shame of the Italian banks.
