L’assistenza è molto efficiente, recentemente abbiamo avuto un problema con le scansioni, abbiamo chiamato l’assistenza e il tecnico ha prontamente risolto. Un eccellente servizio. Alfa Copy è per noi un partner affidabile, contraddistinto dalla professionalità, serietà ed esperienza dei suoi tecnici. Anche in caso di richieste particolari o urgenze la risposta è sempre precisa e immediata. Mi hanno chiesto 20 euro per fare una valutazione preventiva riguardo alla possibilità di riparare o meno la stampante. Qualche giorno dopo mi comunicano che la stampante è riparabile. Accetto il preventivo e a riparazione ultimata vado a ritirarla. Arrivato a casa mi accorgo dal mac address e dal seriale che la stampante che mi hanno consegnato non era la mia. Li contatto e mi rispondono che la mia stampante non era riparabile e che è stato necessario sostituire tutta la macchina. In buona sostanza hanno preso il telaio e la meccanica di un'altra stampante e via hanno montato sopra le plastiche della mia vecchia HP. Avevo chiesto una riparazione e mi hanno rifilato un ricondizionato a fine vita. Per un intervento del genere hanno avuto il coraggio di chiedermi 140 euro. Oltre a non aver fatto una valutazione preliminare (pagata) dell'opportunità o meno di riparare la stampante mi hanno venduto una cosa per un'altra. Ho provveduto ad avvisare HP Italia di questo comportamento. Centro assistenza assolutamente da evitare. P.s. Replicando alle varie inesattezze scritte dal Centro Assistenza: 1)Ho chiesto ad Alfa Copy di sostituire una plastica interna rotta della macchina. Con questa scusa hanno deciso di sostituire tutto lo chassis. In allegato la foto del componente da sostituire. La necessità di una sostituzione integrale della macchina è una falsità macroscopica. 2)Non è vero che mi è stata sconsigliata la riparazione. La verità sull'intervento effettuato è venuta fuori dopo, solo quando mi sono accordo del lavoro fatto. I turned to Alpha Copy to repair an HP C309A. Inoltre avendo chiesto di rispedire la stampante esattamente come era stata imballata per la spedizione, mi è tornata distrutta, sicuramente per la poca cura dei corrieri ma altrettanto del tecnico alfa copy che non ha rispettato la mia richiesta e gli standard di imballaggio. Quindi oltre ad aver pagato in anticipo la riparazione, ho la stampante distrutta. E alla richiesta di una parte del rimborso ovviamente non se ne prendono la responsabilità. Ho telefonato, esposto il problema e ho concordato l'uscita di un loro tecnico (previo bonifico pagamento per la prestazione a domicilio). Detto-fatto. Il giorno dopo, in meno di 24 ore dalla mia telefonata, è uscito Roberto che ha risolto brillantemente il tutto. Consiglio l'Alfa Copy: per celerità e professionalità. Dopo aver pagato 20,00 euro in anticipo per poter iniziare la lavorazione ho aspettato invano la telefonata per sapere quale fosse il problema! Alla fine ho telefonato io e mi hanno preventivato una spesa di 149,00 euro. Al che non ho accettato e sono andata a prendermi la stampante. Peccato che mi è stata riconsegnata senza il suo cavo bianco originale che avevo lasciato su consiglio della signora all'accoglieza in quanto "cavo particolare". Mi è stato dato al suo posto un cavo nero compatibile dicendomi che avrebbero chiesto al tecnico che fa le riparazioni. Anche in questo caso non sono più stata richiamata e il cavo chissà dove è finito! Non mi sono trovata per niente bene. Bad experience. I went to Alfa Copy to have my Canon 5650 printer repaired. I feel I paid 115€ just to see if I have a printer! (they just double-check what was wrong). Then for next intervention (2 weeks later), I Didn't have the disponibility of cash 400€ because my card has limited daily cash, I made a transfer. The marketing runs crazy, and I bet a woman that is the director that (have no idea how to treat people), said that the technician must take the repaired piece and bring it back! I said I already did the €transfer! This woman was yelling and had no idea of problem-solving! Yelling and grunting, she hangs me the phone! I called twice for at least have a solution, nothing to do. More yelling and no care to lose a client, no consideration of communicating, no concern of SOLVE a problem. I still have my printer that works bad and 115€ gone... that's how I feel
