★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado il pomeriggio per pagare fattura ristrutturazione che non si può fare on line, mi mandano indietro perché i pom sono chiusi, prendo appuntamento il pomeriggio non mi fanno perché cassa non si fa....riprendo appuntamento il primo libero su altra filiale e mi dicono che non fanno cassa anche se di mattina e siamo a 2 appuntamenti dati e non rispettati e 1 volta in filiale, quindi 3 volte prendendo ogni volta permessi dal lavoro, mi rimandano alla sede centrale con appuntamento e indovinate..........1 ora di fila, anche se ol sistema mi ha dato appuntamento loro non li rispettano. 4 permessi e 4 volte in filiale oer 1 bonifico...ASSURDO .....Uno schifo ....specialmente nei confronti dei lavoratori che devono prendere ore ed ore di permesso ...Banca ma a fine anno quanto mi costi, fra commissioni e ore di lavoro perse, solo oggi 2 ore di lavoro e ben 7,25 per un bonifico che non posso fare on line....pensateci bene
I go in the afternoon to pay the renovation invoice that cannot be done online, they send me back because the poms are closed, I make an appointment in the afternoon because they don't pay me ... they say they don't make cash even if in the morning and we have 2 appointments given and not respected and 1 time in the branch, then 3 times each time taking permits from work, they send me back to the headquarters with an appointment and guess ....... ... 1 hour in a row, even if the system gave me an appointment, they don't respect them. 4 permits and 4 times in the branch oer 1 bank transfer ... ABSURD ..... A suck .... especially towards workers who have to take hours and hours of leave ... Bank but at the end of the year how much it costs me, between commissions and lost working hours, only today 2 hours of work and a good 7.25 for a bank transfer that I cannot make online .... think about it
