Da loro ho trovato ciò che altri non avevano. Much less swampy than some of their colleagues, receptive and prepared towards customers, with a good quality / courtesy relationship. Cosa assurda: non mi hanno fatto lo scontrino, nonostante la mia insistenza!!!! Tutto in nero. É pazzesco che ancora esistano situazioni simili. Mi ha servito una signora che evidentemente non aveva alcuna voglia di lavorare. Credo che questo negozio sia ancora aperto solo perché posizionato in una location commercialmente strategica. Sono rimasta a dir poco allibita e sono tentata di chiamare la finanza! Dishonesty and total lack of professionalism. They made me a merchandise exchange shamelessly lying about the amount of the original product. Absurd thing: they did not give me the receipt, despite my insistence !!!! All in black. It is crazy that such situations still exist. I was served by a lady who evidently had no desire to work. I believe this shop is still open only because it is located in a commercially strategic location. I was shocked to say the least and I am tempted to call finance!

Non ci tornerò mai più di sicuro e non lo consiglierò a nessuno. Bad experience in the jewel-style shop in via crotonese, very annoyed saleswoman, annoyed with no desire to show me the products, much less to give me advice. Ho chiesto di vedere qualche idea regalo per una mia amica e ho specificato di avere un budget limitato in quanto regalo di gruppo. Sinceramente il dipendente non era affatto cordiale, sembrava poco disponibile, non mi ha fatto vedere niente di specifico infatti si è limitato solo a indicarmi tre linee di gioielli in vetrina e anche da lontano senza farmi vedere praticamente niente quando di solito ogni volta che mi reco in una gioielleria mi vengono fatte vedere tantissime cose. Alla fine ho optato per un regalo Pandora in quanto era l'unica cosa da me conosciuta e che mi ha fatto vedere bene (messo sul bancone mentre mi aspettava ). Per niente contenta del servizio, non penso ci ritornerò! very bad experience: I was served by a fairly young guy. I asked to see some gift ideas for a friend of mine and I specified that I have a limited budget as a group gift. Honestly, the employee was not friendly at all, seemed unhelpful, he didn't show me anything specific in fact he just showed me three lines of jewelry in the window and even from a distance without showing me practically anything when usually every time I go in a jewelry store I am shown a lot of things. In the end I opted for a Pandora gift as it was the only thing known to me and it made me look good (placed on the counter while she waited for me). Not at all happy with the service, I don't think I'll be back!
