I rarely write reviews, but in this case I feel compelled to do so in more than positive terms. They understood and solved my need in a very short time with effective professionalism. Inoltre ho riscontrato una peculiarità importante che è la trasparenza, la chiarezza nell'esposizione dei prodotti bancari offerti che crea un vero rapporto di fiducia tra la filiale della banca ed il cliente. In this IBL branch I found something very rare these days and that is professionalism and friendliness. Cose rare .Non vado volentieri in banca, ma qui è diverso, l' aria che si respira è proprio diversa. Accoglienza ed empatia si percepiscono al tatto! Consigliatissima. The Perugia branch is characterized by (real) kindness and courtesy, more unique than rare in today's banking world - the management has always been very helpful to my needs. Despite having dealt with many banks, I have never found another institution that, in addition to its own, also had regard to the interests of the customer, as happened to me with IBL.
