★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bellissimo una farmacia dove nessuno porta la mascherina alla mia domanda del perche ..... tanto abbiamo il divisorio e poi con le mascherine non si respira ....... no comment ik porto una ffp3 7 ore al giorno e una mascherina chilurgica non mi sembra una tragedia tanto piu che dovreste dare il buon esempio e siete quelli piu a rischio.....

Modern and spacious structure. I had the pleasure of always finding kind, attentive and helpful staff for my every need. The only drawback ... the Zigulí Papaya-MelaVerda flavor are not always available, of which I am very greedy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentato con la ricetta medica per un farmaco specifico, al quale la farmacista mi risponde che non c'è e mi offre un altro tipo. Accetto, fidandomi dell'esperienza del farmacista, ma una volta arrivato a casa mi accorgo che il farmaco è inutile per me. Ritorno in farmacia e mi viene fatto un buono, al quale rispondo che avrei rivoluto i miei soldi, ma la farmacista risponde che se mi ridava i soldi gli sarebbero mancati stasera dalla cassa. Ora vorrei dire: 1) esistono gli storni di cassa 2) ti sto riportando il prodotto integro 3)la farmacista della prima visita non si è posta il problema di vendere un prodotto perfettamente inutile per me. Mi son sentito trattare come un pollo da spennare in questa farmacia.
I presented myself with a prescription for a specific drug, to which the pharmacist replies that it is not there and offers me another type. I accept, trusting the pharmacist's experience, but once I get home I realize that the drug is useless for me. I go back to the pharmacy and I get a voucher, to which I reply that I would have my money back, but the pharmacist replies that if he gave me back the money he would miss tonight from the cashier. Now I would like to say: 1) there are cash transfers 2) I am returning the intact product 3) the pharmacist of the first visit did not ask herself the problem of selling a perfectly useless product for me. I felt treated like a plucked chicken in this pharmacy.
