Bisogna seguire le regole, ma non hanno un briciolo di umanità, neanche davanti ad un malessere grave. Non si prendo una responsabilità neanche x un Anti emetico che un paziente prende da una vita, come se i farmaci fossero caramelle. Presuntuosi, arroganti e cafoni,vi va bene xke siete in una zona centrale, mai vista io e la mia famiglia,una tale mancanza di professionalità. Spero che chiudiate presto, xke se queste sono le direttive...non Avrete una lunga vita. Far rischiare ad una persona la vita x un medicinale xke la loro serietà non glielo lo permette. Se mio padre fosse morto xke strozzato dal vomito, o la famiglia della mia amica non fosse andata in ospedale x un antibiotico che le avrebbe salvato la vita , anziché portarla in ospedale x ricevere lo stesso medicinale, a me si sono rifiutati di darmi un calmante che prendo da 10 anni x il cuore...questi sono professionisti? Eravamo oggi in fila, aspettando per il nostro turno e una dottoressa, lamentandosi di essere "da sola" ci ha risposto così male che siamo andati via tutti. Siamo rimasti sconvolti. Credo che il nervosismo e i malumori personali debbano essere lasciati da parte quando si pratica un lavoro del genere. Very rude and unfriendly staff.
