Se la politica di Too Good To Go è quella di non sprecare il cibo, io, con la mia esperienza, l'ho sprecato perché l'ho dovuto gettare nella spazzatura ed ho sprecato solo il denaro! Era immangiabile, non si trattava di cibo rimasto invenduto del giorno, era invenduto ma della scorsa settimana probabilmente. Per il poco che ne ho assaggiato ho avuto anche mal di pancia. Andando a ritirare la magic box ho potuto constatare che il cibo del giorno era diverso da quello che ho trovato nella mia box. Credo che questo sia un comportamento al limite del legale per questo esercizio. I bought a magic box from Gastronomia Filosofi in Perugia (Via dei Filosofi, 39 / A), and I was really disappointed. Vi terrà il locale aperto per cena, servendo ottimo pesce fresco proveniente dal nostro mediterraneo. Noi ci andiamo spesso, con gran soddisfazione! Two tips: sourdough bread is delicious and can be kept for a long time; if on Friday or Tuesday you manage to form a small group of at least 8 people, book a "fish meal"! The restaurant will keep you open for dinner, serving excellent fresh fish from our Mediterranean. We go there often, with great satisfaction!

Il proprietario è molto gentile ed è molto appassionato ed attento nella scelta della qualità, nella valorizzazione, ai valori nutrizionali ed all'impatto ambientale dietro alla realizzazione di ciò che vende alla clientela. I prodotti sono tutti del territorio, ha una vasta scelta per tutti i gusti dal salato al dolce ed ha anche grandi varietà di prodotti per vegetariani e vegani. Noi siamo rimasti colpiti in particolare dai pomodori gratinati, i tortelli ed i fagioli bianchi che ci ha dato ed anche il resto è meritevole di nota. Ovviamente non è un ristorante, ma se non avete voglia di cucinare e di andare al ristorante io una capatina la farei. We were particularly impressed by the gratin tomatoes, the tortelli and the white beans that he gave us and the rest is also worth noting.
