Ho saputo il prezzo solo dopo che il farmacista ha preso i soldi che avevo appoggiato sul bancone e a scontrino battuto. Ho sbagliato io a non chiedere il prezzo prima e il rimborso poi. Da farmacista mi sento di dire che questa non è professionalità.
Prices of products displayed non-existent, when instead they are mandatory by law! I only knew the price after the pharmacist took the money I had placed on the counter and a receipt. I was wrong not to ask for the price first and then the refund. As a pharmacist I would say that this is not professionalism.

Presenti eliminaconde e pannelli in plexiglas.
Il personale è molto disponibile ed informato, anche il servizio cup è efficiente e spesso, quando non trovo posto per la prenotazione, lascio l’impegnativa così mi avvertono se si libera spazio!
Pharmacy a little too crowded with shelves ... maybe they should eliminate something!
There are wave eliminators and Plexiglas panels.
The staff is very helpful and informed, even the cup service is efficient and often, when I can't find a place for a reservation, I leave the request so they warn me if space is free!
