★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso rivelare l’identità ma conosco ben 2 persone che ci hanno lavorato e mi hanno descritto il modus operandi raccapricciante del titolare: riciclo continuo, anche di prodotti scaduti, scarsa igiene e presenza di topi.
Il locale è vecchio e poco pulito, ciò che offre in vetrina è spesso risalente a diversi giorni addietro, le regole HACCP non vengono recepite.
I gelati che si trovano d’estate non hanno nulla di artigianale ma sono il risultato di polverine sintetiche comprate all’ingrosso.
Onde evitare intossicazioni non entrerei!
I can't reveal the identity but I know 2 people who worked there and described the owner's gruesome modus operandi: continuous recycling, even of expired products, poor hygiene and the presence of mice.
The place is old and not very clean, what it offers in the window often dates back to several days ago, the HACCP rules are not implemented.
The ice creams that can be found in the summer have nothing artisanal but are the result of synthetic powders bought in bulk.
To avoid poisoning I would not enter!
