I was looked after very well: one of the pharmacists (very kind) gave me a quick swab and also directed me very well on what to do, reassuring me.

They are not the greatest of kindness but spectacular in making tampons. Except for a slight annoyance, I felt practically nothing! Very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il dottore è stato scortesissimo perché dovevo fare un servizio gratuito (tampone) e poi mi rimprovera alzando la voce più volte, mi parla della mancata educazione per aver ricevuto una chiamata durante la compilazione dei fogli! Altro personale invece sono molto più cortesi
The doctor was very rude because I had to do a free service (swab) and then scolds me raising his voice several times, he talks to me about the lack of education for having received a call while filling out the sheets! Other staff are much more courteous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptionally rude personel. The man taking my information claimed to not be able to read my handwriting. I declared that I do not have italian handwriting - with which I am familar having lived here for 20 years. He then told me I should go back to school to learn how to write. The doctor who would administer the covid test shrugged and laughed. I informed them that I am, indeed a teacher. Not wishing to anger them with what would be a reasonable response such as, "siete cretini" seeing as a stick was about to be put up my nose, I leave it to this review to warn you against the vile humor of the employees of this farmacy.
