β β β β β Davvero un pessimo servizio! Da15 anni sono cliente di Unicredit, ho aperto il conto a San Feliciano, e dopo un pΓ² ho dovuto cambiare filiale perchΓ¨ la Direttrice ha inviato ad una mia omonima(mia cugina) il mio estratto conto(l'indirizzo non l'avevo fornito io)...
quindi ho trasferito il conto a Fontivegge, dove ne ho aperto un altro per la mia azienda. All'inizio sono stati molto cordiali e sono stata seguita bene,
ma ultimamente ho avuto problemi di phishing.( SONO ENTRATI NEL MIO CONTO BANCARIO E HANNO RUBATO ID E PASSWORD)
HANNO DATO LA COLPA AL MIO PC E DOPO VARIE CHIAMATE DA CALL CENTER IN ROMANIA E ALBANIA E SARDEGNA, il conto era sospeso, mentre alla sede centrale(Fontivegge) il mio conto risultava attivo. Tanto che i dipendenti della banca hanno detto di riempire il form delle lamentele sul sito per richiedere le REGISTRAZIONI DELLE CHIAMATE(che non sono mai arrivate), come se fossi pazza... Alla fine E' da piΓΉ di un mese che ho il conto bloccato ma mi sono accorta che le carte sono attive... insomma sono stata completamente TRASCURATA e non so come risolvere il problema. Ho anche chiamato piΓΉ volte chiedendo spiegazioni IMPIEGATI E DIRETTORE mi hanno assicurato che sarei stata contattata ma non si sono fatti mai sentire. DA EVITARE!
e contate sempre i soldi prima di versarli nella Cassa Continua perchè succede che la macchina bancomat non dia lo scontrino!!! è successo più e più volte!
Really bad service! I have been a customer of Unicredit for 15 years, I opened an account in San Feliciano, and after a while I had to change the branch because the Director sent my account statement to one of my namesake (my cousin) (the address I had not provided) ) ...
so I transferred the account to Fontivegge, where I opened another one for my company. They were very friendly at first and I was looked after well,
but lately I have been having phishing problems. (THEY BROUGHT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY STOLEN ID AND PASSWORD)
THEY HAD BLOWN MY PC AND AFTER VARIOUS CALLS FROM CALL CENTERS IN ROMANIA AND ALBANIA AND SARDINIA, the account was suspended, while at the headquarters (Fontivegge) my account was active. So much so that the bank employees said to fill in the complaints form on the site to request CALL RECORDS (which never arrived), as if I were crazy ... In the end I have had the account for more than a month blocked but I realized that the cards are active ... in short, I have been completely NEGLECTED and I don't know how to solve the problem. I also called several times asking for explanations. EMPLOYEE AND DIRECTOR assured me that I would be contacted but they never made themselves heard. TO AVOID!
and always count the money before paying them into the cash register because it happens that the ATM machine does not give the receipt !!! it happened over and over again!

β β β β β Per qualsiasi problema o richiesta di chiarimenti bisogna contattare la propria filiale, peccato che questa non risponda mai al telefono, ore e ore in cui non risponde nessuno! Imbarazzanti si dovrebbero vergognare!
For any problem or request for clarification you must contact your branch, too bad it never answers the phone, hours and hours in which no one answers! Embarrassing they should be ashamed!

β β β β β Assoluta indisponibilita' del personale. Quando apri l'online banking sembra che siano tutti li per te, puoi anche fissare un appuntamento ma tanto nessuno ti ricevera' e ogni email inviata e' come se andasse a finire direttamente nel cestino. Soluzione: chiusura del conto corrente.

β β β β β Appuntamento alle 9:05 con maccheroni e nessuno ci riceve facendoci aspettare un'ora. Alle 9.45 ci ricevono e dicono che non possono servirci perchΓ© la procedura Γ© lunga ed ha un altro appuntamento alle 10. Una presa in giro praticamente.
Appointment at 9:05 with macaroni and no one receives us making us wait an hour. At 9.45 they receive us and say they can't help us because the procedure is long and he has another appointment at 10. A practical joke.

β β β β β Γ vero, sono pochi e non ce la fanno a rispondere al telefono, quando perΓ² vai in filiale si fanno in quattro per risolverti un problema.

β β β β β Horrible! Do not create any account in here! The lady was shouting (!!!) at my boyfriend via phone only because he called one hour before closing (and the next day is a bank holiday). I mean, he is a client and he was really polite (i heard the conversation). He even asked why she is shouting at him. Total disrespect of clients. Morover, it is impossible to close the bank account if you created it in another city then you are right now (you need to come back to the exactly same place). I could not recommend you less this bank. He doesn't even have any possibility to do online payments (XXI century, yeah...). He has a "Genius " card. They told him when he was creating the account that closing is easy and for free. Apparently not, but it is hard to get any information from this incompetent workers. Never again to have anything in common with this bank! If I could, I would give less than one start (one star is even too much).
