Magari è un commento azzardato, ma ogni volta che sono andato, mi hanno trattato malissimo, come se avessero la puzza sotto al naso. Anche solo una cosa semplice come il “lei” con me diventa un “tu che devi fare”, mentre con gli altri signori sono super formali, sarà perché sono straniero? Non lo so, magari non gli do peso. Prendo un appuntamento per le 11, attendo un’ora e niente, alla fine mi mandano via perché hanno problemi. Dopo un’ora di attesa... ma dico io, è questo il modo di trattare i clienti? Terrible. Tutto qua, alterato senza ascoltare praticamente! Sicuramente cambio banca!!! Addio Intesa s. Paolo!!! Bella affare che siete! Ci vuole personale più professionale!!! Non che risponde maleducatamente!
