F	Francesca Poloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non risponde nessuno, se ci si va come stamattina è si suona non apre nessuno. Provato a chiamare il numero affisso fuori, ma è un numero non più attivo. Rivolti assieme ad altri utenti al PS per chiedere delucidazioni, riferiscono che capita che non risponda nessuno. Al centralino dell'ospedale dicono che se il medico esce per fare visite, chiude e non avvisa nessuno. Imbarazzante, da presa in giro verso gli utenti. In questo periodo una persona che ha bisogno deve stare un'ora a riprovare a chiamare finché non risulta libero. Sul servizio ovviamente non posso dire niente perché i medici cambiano continuamente, purtroppo ultima volta mi è capitato un medico molto maleducato che mi ha sbattuto giù il telefono ancora prima che finissi di parlare. Nonostante io risieda a Montebelluna, per l'ASL risulto ancora di competenza di Treviso, e nonostante questo l'operatrice ha trovato concretamente la soluzione del problema in nemmeno cinque minuti di orologio. Elogio all'operatrice: la sua competenza, come quella di molti suoi colleghi spero e immagino, deve essere premiata! Per onestà dico che anche i numeri dell'USLL 2 fanno altrettanto e anche il numero verde della regione. Quello della prenotazione vaccini però funziona....
