Ho aspettato un'ora e mezza, costretta a stare all'interno perché "chi prende il biglietto deve stare dentro" con la temperatura del sole e la mancata competenza e cordialità dell'impiegata. Se non rispondi nel giro di 5 secondi alla chiamata del tuo numero sei costretto a fare nuovamente la fila, inoltre organizzazione pari a zero e capacità di spiegare che scendo sotto lo zero. Deludente sarebbe riduttivo. Sembrano sottopagate e sfruttate da come si comportano, quando invece il loro impiego consiste nello stare sedute e staccare a ora di pranzo. In allegato ai corsi di sicurezza sul lavoro dovrebbero farvi anche un bel corso di educazione. Svogliate e antipatiche, non mi rivolgerò più a queste poste. Very rude and rude staff. Per sicurezza nel momento della pandemia le persone in fila si trovavano anche fuori, dove si fa fatica a vedere il proprio numero di turno. Appena si è acceso il mio numero - tempo di entrare la signora non mi ha piu servito dicendo che appena passato il mil turno. E ha obbligato di prendere un’altro numero e aspettare di nuovo tutta la fila (questa volta dentro) correndo ulteriori rischi in emergenza Covid. Bad experience.
