★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca esperienza, non sanno dove sia il pacco anche se sul tracking risulta essere da loro. Poca cordialità e poca educazione. Peccato amazon usi sailpost. Due stelle e li sto trattando di lusso.
Little experience, they do not know where the package is even if it appears to be on tracking. Little friendliness and little education. Too bad amazon uses sailpost. Two stars and I am treating them with luxury.

Intanto conservo le immagini delle telecamere, sicuramente serviranno!!
Che vergogna, ma che ci state a fare con questo mestiere? Forse è ora che pensiate a cercare altro…. Siamo alla frutta!!
No one responds, open complaint with no response. Parcel is delivered and I have not received it. I tried to ask for proof of delivery but still no answer

Sbagliano a compilare l’indirizzo e x modificarlo chiedono altre 10 euro.
Totale 25 euro.
Il pacco non riescono a consegnarlo e torna indietro.
Non chiedono nemmeno scusa x il disservizio.
Davvero pessimi. Sconsigliato da denunciare
A parcel sent to Bologna to be delivered to the warehouse. Cost 15 euros.
They are wrong to fill in the address and to change it they ask for another 10 euros.
Total 25 euros.
The parcel fail to deliver it and comes back.
They don't even apologize for the disservice.
Really bad. Not recommended to report
