Prima i clienti fidelizzati e poi gli altri. Si premiano chi è correntista e/o depositate. L'orario d'ingresso non è uguale per tutti. Le poste non sono le Banche . Loro operano in regime di monopolio. Too crowded. A continuous line. Little staff for the high-density housing area. At the post office, not all citizens are equal to be served. Evitando i giorni di pagamento pensioni nella fascia 08.30 - 13.00, normalmente ci si sbriga in pochi minuti. Gli operatori sono lentissimi, con la gente ammassata fuori si permettono di occuparsi della medesima cosa in 3. Ufficio chiuso per guasto tecnico, alle 8 dicono che in un'ora si sarebbe risolto tutto, la gente aspetta fuori, alle 11 ancora niente, persone anziane in attesa in piedi per 3 ore e loro non si degnano di comunicare nulla nonostante i continui solleciti da parte dei clienti. m	mina gaudio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza terrificante ieri alle poste di via Kennedy, dopo un’ora di attesa tutti assembrati all’esterno sotto il sole, l’operatrice in una maniera molto arrogante si è rifiutata di spedire il mio pacco asserendo che l’etichetta non si leggesse e dovessi essere io ad ingrandire il carattere ( cosa mai sentita in quanto le etichette sono prestampate e la misura è standard non si è mai visto che bisogna modificare autonomamente il carattere), oggi con la stessa etichetta e lo stesso pacco mi sono recata presso l’ufficio postale di luzzi e la spedizione è andata a buon fine. Non metterò mai più piede all’ufficio di via Kennedy. Se si potesse metterei zero stelle.
