★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time here. The management is messy and poor. I made an appointment on the phone with them and it was on apeaker with my husband. They gave the wrong date for the appointment and even though two of us marked the date, they kept insisting that two of us heard it wrong. They kept saying it is impossible to make a mistake as if two of us can hear a specific date wrong:))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here on a regular basis since I found this great place and the service is great. I speak very little Italian but the staff make me feel very comfortable. On my first visit I met the whole team and they made a great effort to make their clients feel comfortable.
I went again today for manicure, waxing and a massage and the team is very flexible with appointments, well organized and made my 2 hour stay a nice relaxing spa break.
