M	Mauro Tomasoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio ecologia nn ascoltano le esigenze dei cittadini paganti, il servizio publico peggiora invece che migliorare, sempre meno bidoni e sempre piu distanti noi cittadini vogliamo tenere piu pulito e ordinato ma ci metteno sempre in difficoltà. Tutti in paese abbiamo un giardino ma I didoni per la raccolta del verde ce ne sono pochi e sempre piu distanti. Alla cortese attenzione dell'ufficio ecologia sperando che nn tornino in comune di Concesio a una gestione come quella passate che tutti sappiamo e abbiamo letto sul giornale di Brescia. Ecology Office nn listen to the needs of paying citizens, the public service gets worse instead of improving, fewer and fewer bins and more and more distant we citizens want to keep cleaner and tidy but always put us in difficulty. M	Michele Rivieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ....ufficio anagrafe incompetenti e anche arroganti ( soprattutto il signore con gli occhiali, signore perché a differenza sua io sono educato), chiamo per info su rinnovo carta d'identità di mio figlio mi spiegano ma si DIMENTICANO di dirmi che anche il bambino dev'essere presente io prendo mezza mattinata di permesso da lavoro e quando arriviamo e lo faccio presente il Signore che si crede onnipotente con modi arroganti prima dice che noi ci siamo inventati quello che c'è stato detto a telefono e poi sempre con toni arroganti e nemmeno scusandosi per il disagio creato ci saluta dicendoci "ascoltate funziona così"....se questo è un sevizio pubblico corretto...ecco perché le cose pubbliche non funzionano perché ci sono persone che non le fanno funzionare...... .... incompetent and even arrogant registry office (especially the gentleman with glasses, sir because unlike him I am polite), I call for info on renewing my son's identity card they explain to me but they FORGET to tell me that even the child must be present I take half a morning off work leave and when we arrive and I do this the Lord who believes himself to be omnipotent with arrogant ways first says that we invented what we were told on the phone and then always with tones arrogant and not even apologizing for the inconvenience created he greets us saying "listen it works like this" .... if this is a correct public service ... that's why public things don't work because there are people who don't make them work .... ..
