Ultimo episodio....:
Chiusura 12.45 di sabato arrivo alle 12.44 ed è magicamente già chiuso. Chiamo cortesemente chiedo di ritirare una raccomandata.....e mi dicono che devo rispettare gli orari, in modo pure non garbato.
Andate a Conselve fidatevi!!! Non sono solo più efficienti ma pure decisamente più educati e professionali!!
Ma ovvio.....lo stipendiuccio arriva sempre e comunque vero?!?!
Legnate ci vorrebbero e meno comodità!!!
Un plauso al direttore di filiale è dovuto!!!

Closing 12.45 on Saturday arrival at 12.44 and it is magically already closed. I kindly call and ask you to collect a registered letter ..... and they tell me that I have to respect the times, even in a not polite way.
Go to Conselve trust me !!! They are not only more efficient but also much more polite and professional !!
But of course ..... the salary always comes true?!?!
Wood would take less comfort !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per potere pubblicare, ho dovuto mettere una stella... tuttavia, per quanto mi riguarda, NESSUNA STELLA!!! Comunque io non mi soffermerò sulla loro incompetenza ma voglio segnalare una cosa molto più grave! Malgrado io sia una vecchia signora di 73 anni, ogni volta che mi rivolgo a quest'ufficio postale, vengo trattata in un modo abominevole da parte di due delle impiegate... Oltre ad essere sempre sgarbatissime con me, cosa che sarebbe di poco conto, ostacolano in tutti le maniere le mie operazioni e, già per ben tre volte, la cosa mi ha causato un danno economico non indifferente... Due giorni fa, mi sono state rivolte anche delle parole molto offensive!! E tutto ciò sapete perché? Perché una volta mi sono permessa, comunque molto educatamente, di contestare le lunghe attese alle quali vengono sottoposti i clienti!!
